Preparing the Next Generation for an Evolving Workforce

Build a bridge between your organization and the motivated students of the SDSU College of Arts and Letters. By becoming an Internship Learning Site, you help cultivate the next generation of professional leaders while gaining access to a dedicated talent pipeline.

  • Access Top Talent: Tap into a diverse pool of students from the college of Arts and Letters.
  • Build Your Pipeline: Identify and mentor potential future employees long before they hit the open job market.
  • Community Impact: Support the San Diego ecosystem by fostering experiential learning and professional growth.
  • Guest Speaking & Panels: Share your industry expertise for events and speaking engagements.
  • Long-Term Collaboration: Work with us to build a consistent, recurring internship program tailored to your company's needs.

In an era of rapid automation and AI, technical skills are only half of the equation. The modern workforce requires the Human Advantage, the ability to navigate complex cultural contexts, apply ethical judgment, and communicate through powerful storytelling.

Our students from the College of Arts and Letters don't just process information; they interpret it. They provide the "why" behind the data, ensuring your organization stays empathetic, innovative, and culturally relevant. When you hire an SDSU College of Arts and Letters student, you are bringing in a student professional ready to:

  • Bridge Cultural Gaps: Navigate diverse markets with global fluency.
  • Apply Ethical Reasoning: Lead with integrity in complex decision-making.
  • Strategic Narrative: Translate organizational goals into compelling stories that resonate with people.

In my internship I worked as a Sports Operation and HR intern. I’ve always wanted to work in sports, this just helped me figure out where in sports I want to belong.
