Bio

Wendy Scott teaches English at Mesa College as well as Rhetoric and Writing Studies at SDSU, where she received both her B.A. and M.A.. She spends her personal time writing various texts, both fiction and non-fiction, based on a variety of her personal interests.  Because of her writer's curiosity, she enjoys learning about the experiences, travels, backgrounds, and cultures of others.

As a San Diego native, Wendy loves to explore our beautiful city, and the natural wonders of Yosemite and other national parks when she can. She has traveled to Europe, Russia, China, and the Middle East, but the most challenging adventure was navigating the urban labyrinth of New York.
