Bio

Alex Gonzalez has been teaching around San Diego County since 2015, but his involvement in the RWS Department goes back to 2012, when he started as a classroom tutor. Educated in both Greek rhetoric and the traditions of Black and abolitionist rhetoric, he credits Professor Paul Minifee for his interest in the latter. Though rhetoric is the nucleus of his professional career, his true passions lie in Whimsy, Tomfoolery, and Being a Silly Little Guy, for which he has been recognized by his peers on numerous occasions. He has been dubbed "The Coyote" by Professor McClish, owing to his habit of scrounging around the office for snacks and carrion.
