Bio
Evan Rubin is the manager of the SDSU Language Training Center (LTC) in the Language Acquisition Resource Center (LARC). He has worked in higher education administration and language education programs for more than 15 years, including serving as Program Specialist for the SDSU Language Training Center and Project Global Officer (Project GO), a federally funded language scholarship program for ROTC students. In these roles, he coordinated intensive language programs, supported students and instructors, managed program operations, and worked closely with military, university, and government partners.
Evan earned an M.A. in Latin American Studies from San Diego State University, with a concentration in Educational Technology and Cultural Anthropology. He also holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate from Seattle University.
