Bio
Dr. Cecile Nedellec is a secondary French teacher with San Diego Unified School District and an Induction Mentor and Instructor with SDUSD and UCSD Extended Studies. She has more than 20 years of experience in education, with expertise in world language instruction, curriculum development, differentiated instruction, teacher mentoring, and proficiency-based assessment.
She has served as a SAILN Strand Lead and Coordinator since 2015, designing professional learning for world language educators. Her highlights include being named CLTA Teacher of the Year, receiving the SDCOE Leadership in Biliteracy Award, serving as World Languages Department Chair, and contributing to the Reporters Francophones Teacher Edition.
