MOU signed with US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce
The College of Arts and Letters of San Diego State University and the Institute for the Regional Studies of the California's signed a MOU with the US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce on December 6th 2007 in Mexico City. General Al Zapanta (U.S. Army retired), CEO of the Chamber, College of Arts of Letters, Dean Paul Wong, and Institute Director, Paul Ganster will collaborate on the development of educational programs, management training, and internships. The ceremony was witnessed by Senator Federico Doring Casar of the Mexican Congress and many U.S. and Mexican corporations. "This MOU will further enhance the Colleges' programs in Mexico and our relationships with US as well as Mexican Corporations" said Dean Paul Wong. The Chamber of commerce has more than 2000 members.
