Do you need to fulfill your language requirement for graduation? Do you want to major in a specific language study? Or do you want to learn a new language for travel or just for fun? Our College offers courses in twenty different languages and across levels through the language programs at six departments.

The Persian Language Program is a collaborative effort of San Diego State University’s (SDSU) College of Arts and Letters and its Language Acquisition Resource Center (LARC).

Language Labs

The Language Labs at SDSU in collaboration with the federally funded Title VI Language Acquisition Resource Center (LARC) assist students and faculty in enhancing language learning. Through LARC, the Language Labs labs offer state-of-the art media equipment, an extensive set of materials and facilities, extended open hours, one-on-one assistance and a comfortable environment to support the acquisition and study of language.
